Adventures in Eating

We are halfway through our 'Adventures in Eating' nutrition program. We have been learning about Canada's Food Guide, portion size and enjoying lots of healthy snacks. We also learned that you should try something 12 times before deciding you don't like it. We would like to thank all of those involved in planning the program, preparing the snacks and providing financial assistance.
